amino acids

Amino Acids are the building blocks of every protein we have in our body. There are 23 proteinogenic (protein building) amino acids in total, and over 100 natural amino acids, which are non-proteinogenic. Of the proteinogenic amino acids, 9 are essential, 11 which are nonessential, and 3 of which are not found in the human body.

Signs & Symptoms of Amino Acid Deficiencies:

  • Acid Reflux (due to low stomach acid)
  • Fatigue
  • Blood Sugar Imbalance
  • Leaky Gut
  • Poor Digestion
  • Chronic Inflammation
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Accelerated Aging
  • Chronic Pain
  • High Blood Pressure
  • Menstrual Irregularities
  • Insomnia
  • Sexual Dysfunction
  • Autoimmunity
We can test specifically for amino acid deficiencies and use different methods to replenish amino acids in the body. Deficiencies can be treated using the intravenous method and once corrected, an oral amino acid supplement is started to help maintain the correction.
